All room options listed above include a non refundable deposit of $500. If you would like to pay in 3 installments, please choose the Non Refundable Deposit option and Laurel will contact you directly regarding a payment plan. All rooms are on a first come, first serve basis. If we cannot accommodate your first request, we will do our best to find a suitable alternative.

Terms & Conditions

• Rates are per person and are discounted for the Early Bird Special. Early Bird rates expire at 11:59pm on 5/13/23

• The non refundable deposit of $500 is due upon booking. A payment plan of 3 payments is available by request per the discretion of Laurel Ziemienski & Kristina Nez Begay. All final payments are due by December 1st, 2023

• Trip Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance with the Cancel For Any Reason clause (must be purchased within 7-10 days of booking trip) in the event you are unable to go on the trip.

• Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non refundable. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the start date are fully non refundable. Cancellations made prior to 4 weeks before the start of the retreat will receive a 50% refund minus the deposit. Please understand we are required to make payments to vendors upfront. This policy is in place to protect this investment. We understand circumstances change which is why we recommend trip insurance.
