In Depth Sound Healing Workshops
I'm excited to announce that I am officially launching a sound healing program with my friend and mentor, Kathryn Rambo. We are custom designing a set of 4 Saturdays with the opportunity to learn about sound, sound healing and various instruments in a small group setting. This program will be centered around the beginner student, utilizing sound on yourself and in a group setting (hello yoga instructors!). Because we are keeping this class size small you will have plenty of 1:1 attention to ask questions, practice your new skills and receive real feedback. We will also be able to customize the program to YOUR needs!
This program is ideal for anyone:
looking to incorporate sound healing into an already existing practice such as yoga, guided meditation, workshops and any other group settings.
Wanting to use sound healing on themselves to help calm their nerves, relax from a stressful day, help with emotional blocks such as anxiety and depression and release stuck energy and emotions.

-4 months, 1 Saturday per month approximately 6-7 hours per day
-Location: Reaching Treetops Yoga Studio in Waukesha, WI
