With everything going on in today's world, there is plenty to be concerned about. However it is still important to take care of the self, releasing the things that do not serve us, making way for the the goals and achievements we desire. In this one hour sound bath and reiki we will focus on detoxing the soul, shedding our worries, fears and concerns and opening our hearts to the possibilities that surround us.
Join Laurel Ziemienski from Ananda Healing Arts and Leslie Coshun from Infinity Reiki Healing on a journey of liberation and awakening as we break ties, let go, and surrender to what is.
You will spend the hour bathed in the healing vibrations of Laurel's powerful instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, thunder drum and chimes while Leslie offers each guest a mini individual reiki session.
This amplified experience will help you to activate the body's natural healing system. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, renewed and physically and mentally aligned.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled.
Please bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows, crystals, water, knee bolster, anything you need to feel comfortable. Chairs will be provided. Please dress comfortably. THE FLOOR IS HARDWOOD, CONSIDER BRINGING EXTRA BLANKETS/MATS FOR CUSHIONING AND ADDED COMFORT.
Covid protocols: Please follow the CDC recommendations. We are not responsible for any Covid-19 or any other related or unrelated health incidences that may occur before, during or after this event. This will be a group setting, please do not attend if you do not feel comfortable. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF ANY KIND.
