Nestled in the heart of SE Wisconsin, our exclusive Nourish & Align 1/2 day Retreat offers the perfect sanctuary for those seeking to rejuvenate their mind, body, and soul through the exploration of the chakra system. This unique retreat combines the ancient wisdom of chakra balancing with the serenity of a lush, secret garden, culminating in a delightful 7 course dinner experience that promises a journey of sensory delight and inner balance. The Location

The idyllic setting of this gorgeous property transports you to old world Europe, from the manicured gardens to the stunning barn. The farm animals that call it home to the gorgeous vintage house. This property is the perfect sanctuary to find balance and harmony. Surrounded by lush greenery, vibrant flowers, native animals, and tranquil water, the garden's serene ambiance enhances the holistic experience.

Guests will be encouraged to explore the gardens, meditate, and connect with the natural world, deepening their sense of peace and rejuvenation, finding moments of quiet and peace to help find rest for your soul.

The Workshops

We have carefully curated a series of activities, workshops and facilitators who will help guide you in your Chakra exploration. You will learn about each of the 7 main chakras, their significance and how they are influenced by what we feed our mind and body.

Featured activities include soothing Sound Healing by Laurel Ziemienski of Ananda Healing Arts, Chakra Dowsing by Kathryn Rambo of Purple Otter Studios, personal Oracle Card Reading by Tammi Kapitanski of Remedy Within, Yoga by Kristen Wojahn of Firewave, personal Gua Sha treatment by Hani Weckwerth of Rose Natural Therapy, and guided workshops, all designed to assist in the balancing and aligning of the mind, body and soul through the Chakra system.

The Food

You will be treated to a stunning, 7-course holistic farm-to-table dinner, surrounded by the plants used to make each dish. Each course will be hand-designed and created by Laurel & Chef Britta, revolving around each of the seven Chakras and offering opportunities to learn how food can help support not only our physical health, but also our mental, emotional and energetic well-being. The dinner will be prepared by Chef Britta Kramer from Private Palate and Laurel Ziemienski of Ananda Heailng Arts.

What’s Included?

A 7 course holistic dinner designed + prepared by Chef Britta Kramer of Private Palate and Laurel Ziemienski of Ananda Healing Arts. Each course focuses on one of the 7 Chakras. Ingredients will be sourced locally where possible as well as from the farm that is hosting our group

45 minute light vinyassa yoga with Kristen Wojahn

Private dowsing session by Kathryn Rambo of Purple Otter Studios. Kathryn will help you to determine which Chakras are in balance, what your energy field looks like and where you can improve

5-10 minute Gua Sha or Reiki session with Hani Weckwerth of Rose Natural Therapy

About Your Hosts

Laurel Ziemienski

Laurel Ziemienski owns Ananda Healing Arts and is a Sound Healing Practitioner, Cacao Facilitator, Reiki Master Practitioner, educator, and Retreat Organizer & Guide. She has hosted numerous local and international transformative wellness & plant medicine retreats in places like Costa Rica and Mexico. She offers 1:1 sessions and organizes and hosts events throughout SE Wisconsin and beyond, including sound baths and cacao ceremonies. She teaches sound healing and other associated practices such as meditation and intuition.

Laurel’s deep personal journey of transformation through meditation, journey work, sound healing, plant medicine and energy healing has been the catalyst to her business. She believes everyone is already healed and she is committed to helping anyone who is seeking that version of themselves.

Laurel is currently studying for her Holistic Nutrition Diploma with the Edison Institute of Nutrition, specializing in Plants as Medicine.

Laurel is also a professional Food Stylist, for 15 years she has prepared food and written recipes across the country for advertising and commercial purposes.

For her, this retreat experience is the culmination of all things that make her heart sing and she is excited for the opportunity to share them with others.


Britta Kramer

Britta is an artist at heart + curator of experience. Britta weaves together an event that works on all five senses by curating sight, sound, smell, taste, and feel.

In 2006, Britta assisted the Food and Wine staff at Festival del Sole in Napa Valley, CA. While working alongside world-renowned chefs, Britta was inspired by California cuisine and well-curated events.

Britta spent a decades of her career working with A-list celebrities and Pro-athletes across the MLB, NBA, NHL, and PGA and brands including VH1, Harpo Productions, Helmut Lang + Harley Davidson.

In 2012, she refined her talent at the International Culinary Institute in New York City, where she spent 10 years curating private events and doing creative direction/styling for brand shoots.

Britta’s culinary ethos are rooted in the belief that our food transforms our body and supports our mental health. Britta’s recipes focus on the balance and sustainability of the mind, body, and environment.
She created her signature From Root To Blossom corporate wellness workshops to reflect her food philosophy, including her mission to use every part of her produce and reduce food waste.

The creation of From Root to Blossom began in 2016 after spending 3-months living in Bali immersing herself in meditation, plant-forward cuisine, and learning how anti-inflammatory ingredients are used to prevent and fight disease. In 2019, she began working with First Descents, an adventure camp for cancer survivors, as a health-supportive chef.

Britta is a world traveler and has spent extensive time in Mexico, Thailand, Bali, and Europe. Throughout her travels, she connects with locals and chefs to learn how food can heal. It is her mission to share with the world how the food we eat transforms our body and mind. She refers to her food philosophy as a clean take on world cuisine.

Britta's current focus is on virtual corporate wellness cooking workshops, private dinner parties, and curating unique experiences focused on mental well-being.

All registrations must be paid in full in advance.

Address & details: exact address and additional details will be emailed to guests within 2 weeks of the event

Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel the event one week (7 days) prior to the event if the minimum number of tickets have not been sold. We also reserve the right to cancel the event within 48 hours due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen complication related to the event hosts or venue. In the event of a cancellation, full refunds will be issued minus any processing fees.

Refund Policy: If a registrant withdraws from the event in writing at least 30 days prior to the event, they will receive a refund minus a 25% non-refundable, nontransferable cancellation fee. There are NO refunds for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the retreat. Tickets are transferable at the cost and risk of the Registrant. Registrant must inform Ananda Healing Arts of the transfer and the name of the transferred Guest.

*Please note: We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, but cannot guarantee all accommodations can be met. Regardless, cross contamination of allergenic food is a possibility. Guests are required to indicate any and all dietary needs at the time of check out otherwise dietary needs will not be met. If we are unable to accommodate a particular need, the guest will have the option to receive a full refund minus processing fees for their ticket if they choose not to attend. Guest must reply with the refund request within 7 days of an emailed notification in order to receive the refund.
