Join me as I partner with Monica Palzkill and Brenda Smoody for a Sound Bath after Brenda guides everyone in a yoga class, outside at Monica's farm with her gentle & curious goats in Dousman, WI. During yoga I will softly play select instruments and during the bath, Monica & Brenda will offer everyone Reiki. Contact me directly to reserve your spot. Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you need to be comfortable for the sound bath, which will be outside, such as pillow, bolster, eye pillow, crystals, water bottle, etc.
