Elemental Immersion is a sacred journey of the soul to help find emotional balance and deep relaxation by taking a break from daily life and engaging with the elements of Mother Nature. During this retreat, individuals will learn techniques and strategies to utilize the natural world to manage stress and anxiety, having a positive impact on relationships, energy levels, and overall well-being.
This introspective and insightful full day will take place on the beautiful grounds of the Blue Lotus Center in West Bend, WI. Laurel Ziemienski of Ananda Healing Arts , Kristina Nez Begay of Hozho Healing Wellness Community and Stacey Damiano of Lilou Body Skin Soul will be your guides.
The day’s activities will include:
✶ Morning gentle flow yoga
✶ Opportunities to participate in Embodied Exploration activities, including a walkable labyrinth, guided meditations, various ceremonies, sound healing, mindful swinging, and nature walks
✶ Quiet moments to journal and reflect while absorbing nature’s healing environment
✶ A healthy, nourishing, lunch; snacks and beverages provided throughout the day
✶ Cacao Ceremony
✶ Smudging and fire ceremony
✶ Guided meditation and sound bath
✶ Talking circle
✶ A free gift bag
During this experience guests will enter a state of inner peace and harmony, connecting to both nature and their own sense of self through deep states of relaxation and expansive consciousness by reducing stress and opening hearts. In the company of a like-minded community, guests will feel a strong sense of support, helping them feel more connected and understood, gaining new perspectives on their own challenges and struggles. Guests will leave feeling relaxed, reset and recharged.
